Invite Team Members

Add team members to your Midday account.

Invite colleagues to your Midday team so they can help manage finances, track time, or create invoices.

#Invite a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Members
  2. Click Invite
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role
  5. Send the invitation

They'll receive an email with instructions to join your team.

#Roles

#Owner

Full access to everything:

  • Manage billing and subscription
  • Invite and remove members
  • Access all financial data
  • Delete the team

There's always at least one owner.

#Member

Access to day-to-day features:

  • View transactions
  • Create and send invoices
  • Track time
  • View reports

Cannot manage team settings or billing.

#Pending invitations

View outstanding invitations:

  1. Go to Settings → Members
  2. See pending invites
  3. Resend or cancel if needed

Invitations expire after 7 days.

#Remove a member

  1. Go to Settings → Members
  2. Find the member
  3. Click Remove
  4. Confirm

Removed members immediately lose access. Their past activity (time entries, invoices created) remains.

#Change a role

  1. Go to Settings → Members
  2. Find the member
  3. Click to change their role
  4. Save

  • Keep the number of owners limited
  • Use member roles for day-to-day users
  • Review member access periodically
